Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to hold it alone.
It can feel daunting to reach out, especially when you’re not sure where to start. You might be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or simply aware that something in your life needs care. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can slow down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and explore what’s been difficult or quietly asking for attention — at a pace that feels right for you.
Creating Space
In our work together, we create space — a space to slow down enough to notice what’s really here. Through curiosity and wonder we begin to turn down the volume on judgment and make room for what you’re feeling. Sometimes that means sitting with painful or difficult emotions; sometimes it means breathing into something tender until it softens. As we stay with what we find, rather than pushing it away, something begins to shift.
The Work Between Us
As we explore both the parts of you that feel hidden or stuck and the strengths and gifts that have been waiting to be seen, the relationship we build becomes an important part of the work. What unfolds between us serves as a mirror and a guide, offering a place where deeper truths can be uncovered as we notice what feels familiar and what feels new. And as our work deepens, the connection we build becomes part of the healing itself.
Finding new ways forward
With compassion we explore your experience together, finding new ways of relating to the parts of you that have been waiting to be seen and understood. From here, new possibilities can begin to take shape — ones that feel more supportive and true to who you are.
Working Together
How I work
I work in a relational and deeply attuned way, paying close attention to what’s happening between us in the moment. I’m interested in how your experiences live in your body, your emotions, and your relationships, and I use these subtle shifts as part of the therapeutic process.
My approach is collaborative and non‑directive — we move at your pace, following what feels alive and meaningful rather than forcing a particular direction. I hold space for depth, uncertainty, and complexity, and I see therapy as a place where we can explore the layers of your experience together, with curiosity and care. My work is integrative, but in a way that feels coherent and grounded: everything I draw on supports a way of working that is present‑moment, embodied, and relational.
A little about me
I’ve always been drawn to what sits beneath the surface — the experiences that shape how we move through the world. I came into this work because I care deeply about people having a place where they can feel understood and supported. I also hold a deep belief that the inner work we do creates subtle but meaningful ripples in our relationships, our communities, and the wider world around us. I bring warmth, humour, and a grounded presence, and I aim to offer a relationship that feels real, steady, and human.
I’m an Integrative Therapist trained at The Minster Centre, where I completed a Diploma in Integrative Counselling. My approach blends relational, humanistic, psychodynamic, and embodied ways of working. I’m a registered member of the BACP and I abide by their code of ethics.
I have experience working with a wide range of clients and concerns, and I continue to deepen my practice through ongoing training and supervision. What matters most to me is offering a space that feels collaborative, attuned and grounded in genuine human connection.

FAQs

I work integratively, which means I draw from several therapeutic approaches rather than using just one. This allows our work to be shaped around you — your pace, your history, and what feels most supportive. My approach is relational, meaning the connection we build becomes part of the healing process.
-
People come to me with a wide range of experiences — anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, self‑criticism, feeling stuck, or simply a sense that something needs attention. You don’t need a diagnosis or a clear label for your experience to be welcome here.
-
This is such a common worry. Therapy isn’t only for crises — it’s also a space for understanding yourself more deeply, meeting what feels tender, and making sense of what’s been quietly weighing on you. If something is affecting you, it’s worth bringing.
-
Not at all. Many people arrive unsure where to begin. We can start wherever you are — with a feeling, a moment, or even the uncertainty itself. Part of our work is finding the words together.
-
Therapy isn’t about blame. It’s about understanding how past experiences shaped the patterns you live with today, so you can relate to yourself and others in new ways. We explore this gently and at your pace.
-
That can feel disheartening, and it’s understandable to be cautious. Every therapeutic relationship is different, and sometimes it takes time to find the right fit. We can talk openly about what didn’t work before and what you need now.
-
You’re welcome to get in touch to arrange an initial session or a short introductory call. This is a chance to meet, ask questions, and get a sense of whether working together feels right for you.
-
I offer sessions in Holborn, Finsbury Park, Spitalfields and online. Some people prefer the grounding of being in the room; others appreciate the flexibility of online work. A hybrid of both is also possible. We can explore what suits you best.
-
I offer therapy on a weekly basis. This creates a steady, supportive rhythm that helps the work deepen and gives us the continuity we need to stay connected to what’s emerging.
-
Sessions are a space for you to bring whatever feels present — thoughts, feelings, memories, or simply a sense of something stirring. We explore together with curiosity and care, noticing what arises together.
-
Yes. What you share is held in confidence, with a few legal exceptions that I can explain clearly. I also work with regular supervision to ensure I’m supporting you safely and ethically.
-
My fee is £85–95 per session, depending on location. I offer a small number of reduced‑fee spaces, which are currently full, though I’m happy to add you to the waiting list if that would be helpful.
-
Yes — I offer a 15-minute introductory call so you can get a sense of me and ask any questions before deciding whether to begin therapy together.
-
You can email me or use the contact form. If you’d like, we can start with a brief call to see whether it feels like a good fit.
